What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit through the form and a small amount of technical context needed to run the page.
- Contact and creator details, including your name, email address, creator handle or channel name, primary platform, audience size, and what you want to monetize.
- Partner and affiliate details you submit through the partner page, including your name, email address, optional partner label, referral code, and partner dashboard token.
- Basic request metadata, including referrer, source path, and UTM campaign parameters submitted with the page request.
- Abuse-prevention data, including the hidden form field used to detect spam submissions.
- A local browser preference for light or dark mode. That preference is stored in your browser so the page remembers your theme.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the waitlist and decide who is a strong fit for early access.
- Review creator fit for the H-Infinity rollout.
- Contact you about your waitlist request, early access, invite status, or closely related updates.
- Improve the waitlist experience, messaging, and intake flow.
- Prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, or misuse of the form.
- Track referral attribution for approved affiliate partners and manage partner payout eligibility.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information collected through this waitlist page.
We may share information only in limited situations needed to operate the service or comply with the law.
- With infrastructure and hosting providers that help us run the site and store waitlist entries.
- With Stripe when needed to onboard affiliate partners, verify payout status, and send referral payouts through Stripe Connect.
- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of some or all of the business, if that ever occurs.
Retention and storage
Waitlist submissions are stored in the systems we use to run the intake flow, including Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure such as our configured database.
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the waitlist, evaluate creator fit, communicate about access, resolve disputes, and maintain internal records. If database-backed storage is temporarily unavailable, submissions may also pass through limited operational logging needed to keep the service running.
Your choices
You do not have to submit the waitlist form, and some fields are optional.
If you want to update or delete the information you submitted, reply to an H-Infinity email you receive about the waitlist and ask us to help with that request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect waitlist information. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this page.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the waitlist and product evolve. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
