What these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your use of the H-Infinity waitlist website at hinf.io and any information you submit through that page.
The waitlist is an intake and interest form. It is not a promise that you will receive an invitation, launch date, product configuration, or specific result.
Eligibility and accurate information
You agree to submit truthful, current information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Do not impersonate another person or business.
- Do not submit misleading audience, contact, or monetization information.
- Use an email address you control so we can reach the right person.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the waitlist or use it in a way that harms the service or other people.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass rate limits, form protections, or access restrictions.
- No bots, scripts, or automated submissions intended to spam or manipulate the queue.
- No introducing malicious code, disruptive traffic, or anything designed to damage, disable, or impair the site.
Waitlist status and communications
Submitting the form places you in consideration for early access. It does not create a customer relationship or require us to invite you.
You agree that we may contact you about your waitlist request, rollout eligibility, invite status, onboarding, or closely related operational updates.
Partner incentives
If you use the partner referrals flow, referral rewards apply only to accepted unique waitlist signups that we attribute to your code.
We may review, adjust, withhold, or reverse referral credit for duplicates, spam, abuse, self-referrals, invalid submissions, or other manipulation of the waitlist.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, copy, layout, and related materials on this page are owned by H-Infinity or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not give you ownership of that content.
No warranties
The waitlist site is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the waitlist experience at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H-Infinity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the waitlist site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here and update the last updated date. Your continued use of the site after the update means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy
Our H-Infinity Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the waitlist. By using the site, you also acknowledge that policy.
